Cancellation Policy
1. Each room has a maximum capacity which will be enforced. 2. Room charge based on two sessions, please select from: ~ Afternoon package session: 3 hours between 3pm - 7pm ( latest entry time is 4pm, must end at 7pm). ~ Night package session: 5 hours between 7pm - 1am ( must end at 1am). Please review the room price and reservation policy prior booking. 3. Deposit is 100% refundable if you give us 24 hours cancellation notice prior to the booking day. 4. You should arrive on time and proceed to reception before your session is due to start. Otherwise, being late beyond 30 minutes, your booking may be cancelled, and deposit is non refundable. Thank you.
